Experiment, try and take risks, otherwise you will never learn and achieve anything new!

I always encourage my people to experiment, try and take take risks, because I believe this is the only way in which people learn and achieve!

Peter Drucker once said:

People who don’t take risks generally make about two big mistakes a year.
People who do take risks generally make about two big mistakes a year.

In my opinion this is more than true!
